We would recommend 3 days up to a week. This is an individual thing. There is no reason why you couldn’t have a session a day for the course but we are finding most people prefer to leave a bit of space in between sessions. If the duration goes over a week this may have a detrimental affect on the treatment and lead to a new course being required.
