Charlotte Jamieson. Colonic Hydrotherapist and Massage Therapist.
Charlotte is one of the founders of Absolute Health.
Having had a serious accident many years ago and spending a long time in hospital with the care and attention of the nursing profession she decided to look at ways of helping people.
Eventually she decided to look at alternative and complementary therapies as a way forward.
Studying at Crumlin college over a number of years Charlotte emerged with a number of ITEC skills and qualifications which she has been using ever since.
The massage courses Charlotte took were professional courses taken over a 5 year period involving an in depth look at Anatomy Physiology and the way the body works.
This allows any good therapist the ability to understand how their actions on an area of a clients body might affect other areas.
About 6 years ago Charlotte was in a position to undertake intensive training in Colonic Hydrotherapy in the UK.
This was only allowed to come about because of her in depth Anatomy Physiology understanding.
Charlottes expert training, knowledge and expertise allow her to be a member of ARCH ( Association & Register of Colon Hydrotherapists) a UK governing body who have strict rules and codes of practice for both practitioner and practice. She is one of only 6 therapists currently on the register in the ROI.
She is also a member of the IMTA (Irish Massage Therapists Association) which is an Irish regulating body for massage. They ensure the highest standards are adhered to in the Irish massage field.
